PROJECTS

Over the years, we’ve done a lot of work on Voyageur – actually, we do ALL of the work on Voyageur. She’s now in better-than-new condition. Here are some of our recent projects:

·         Designed and built folding dining table

·         Converted one of the single main-cabin berths to a slide-out double berth

·         Designed and built hexagonal compass stand to accommodate our binnacle

·         Designed and built new forward hatch

·         Moved water and gas tanks to adjust trim and increase cockpit locker space

·         Replaced broken ribs

·         Rewired electrical system, installed new instrument panel

·         Refurbished cockpit sole, replaced cockpit sides

·         Rebuilt the (original) Gray Marine engine (1983)

·         Designed and sewed sail covers and cockpit tent with removable mosquito netting and rain panels.
